Most people seem to have a love - hate relationship with squirrels, especially if they feed birds. I have tried all kinds of squirrel proof bird feeders. My favorite one has a wire ball cage surrounding the feeder. In theory only the birds can get through to the seed, but the squirrels seemed to have found one opening large enough to squeeze through. The first time I witnessed this was when I walked outside with my dogs who noticed the squirrel trapped inside the cage. It was frantically trying to escape by jamming its head at each opening while both dogs eagerly jumped up and down under the feeder. After finding the opening the squirrel jumped about ten feet across the yard and ran for its life. He made it to safety. I think my dogs both just enjoy the chase. Love them or hate them, but they are always entertaining. This squirrel was eating sun flower seeds that I spilled on my patio as my cat watched from the window.I guess most of the time I love squirrels! This is a 6"x 4" oil on canvas on hardboard. SOLD Thank you for visiting!

Hi Kathleen! I've been trying to reach you by phone without any luck, so I thought I'd try this way! If you would be willing or interested, we would LOVE to have you do another mini art class for RS Enrichment. The date we have in mind is Feb 12th, if it's not too short notice. It is possible we could arrange it for Feb. 26th if the 12th won't work. Your work is so lovely, and people still talk about how much they enjoyed the last class you did. We have so many new sisters in the ward, I know they would just love it as well. I would love to talk to you about the possibility!
Thanks,
Sara Powell
